Our rates fluctuate seasonally, ranging from $100/night in the winter to $120 in the shoulder seasons, May/June and September/October. High summer rates, for July and August, are $150/night. These rates are based on double occupancy or family. Extra adults cost $15/person. The place sleeps four but there is plenty of room for tents outside and we don’t mind campers. A $50 additional deposit will be required for pets.
